Refund Policy

By purchasing or using SMART UPI services, you agree to the refund policy below.

1. Service Type:
SMART UPI provides UPI QR code generation API tools and dashboard access for user-owned UPI IDs.
2. No Refund After Activation:
Once your plan is activated and service access is provided, the payment is non-refundable.
3. Refund Before Activation:
If payment is completed but your plan is not activated, you may contact support for verification and refund assistance.
4. Technical Issues:
If you face a genuine technical issue from our side, our team will try to fix it first. Refunds may be considered only if the issue cannot be resolved.
5. User Mistake:
Refunds are not provided for wrong purchases, incorrect UPI details, misuse, policy violation, or user-side setup issues.
6. Processing Time:
Approved refunds may take 5 to 7 working days to process, depending on the payment method or bank.
