By using SMART UPI, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
1. Service Scope:
We only provide an API to generate UPI QR codes for your own UPI ID.
2. No Payment Gateway:
We do not provide payment gateway services, UPI accounts, merchant accounts, or banking services.
3. Transaction Responsibility:
We are not involved in any transaction between payer and receiver. All transaction responsibility belongs to the user.
4. User Responsibility:
You must use your own valid UPI ID and ensure your usage follows applicable rules and laws.
5. Account Misuse:
Any misuse, fraud, illegal activity, or misleading payment collection may result in account suspension.
